About Club :- New team starting up for the Kirkby
or Walton U7s summer league, Been
training kids who haven't had a team
before, and now they are all looking
really promising, Enjoying themselves,
and happy to have a team to now play for.
After running teams in the Men's league
for years, I decided to call it a day, and my
mates son and his friends were pestering him
to start a team, So he asked me was I interested ,
so we decided to start this team, we saw that
there is a lot of other young kids out there
without a team . Now we are getting close
to the season we have got 10 fairly good players ,
having just let some kids go, Before I get called
cruel, there was reasons we had too! generally
not wanting to learn, stopping others, fighting!
We wanted a team where all the kids would enjoy
themselves! Thing is, season starts in 2 months,
and we are still a few players short of having a
really good team . We have good backing, and
have not taken a penny from any parent yet! we
are just happy watching the boys enjoy themselves,
and now cant wait to see them compete!
What we are after, Is a Goal Keeper, and 2 more
players, to fill our squad of 13. We have kids from
Anfield to kirkby, so no problems if you need a lift
for you and your child. So if your little fella wants to
play, but if you and him haven't found a team, give us a try!
We train twice a week, but starting friendlies soon.
